Wellness Retreat Days
Hello from NU U Health Spa, hope you are well?
We've been busy developing our garden area and have now got a beautiful summer house for you to relax in in between treatments and enjoy your afternoon tea. It's
the perfect place to view the garden, meditate or do a spot of yoga.
We are also excited to tell you that we are teaming up with our good friend Janet Southworth a fabulous spiritual yoga teacher and our now offering our WELLNESS RETREAT DAYS
The day will include group yoga, meditation, holistic treatments and delicious homemade healthy food.
The wellness days are available for groups of 6 people, that could be 6 of your friends or you could come along and join us and meet new likeminded people.
The day will start at 9am for a breakfast of homemade granola (gluten free available) served with Greek yogurt or milk (oat or soya available).
Then the morning will be filled with group yoga, meditation and our popular express stress treatment package which is the perfect choice for instant stress relief and include
-heated foot massage to revitalise tired feet
-warm wax hand soother ideal for dry, chapped skin and arthritis sufferers
-seated aromatherapy upper back, neck and shoulder massage
-facial pressure point massage
-scalp massage with or without oils
Lunch will be homemade soup, freshly baked bread and mixed salad (vegans and vegetarians catered for)
the afternoon will involve a 30minsession in our far infra-red sauna and a treatment of your choice from
aromatherapy back, neck and shoulder massage
Indian head massage
holistic facial with crystal healing
then afternoon tea of homemade scones or fresh fruit
the day will conclude with a foot bath ritual with scented oils and fresh flower petal
The cost of the day is £145pp and we will require a £20 deposit which can be paid via payment link via email or phone.

These one day events will be for small groups of up to 8 people and will include:
Group yoga and relaxation sessions
Guided meditation sessions
Nutritious, healthy food (Vegetarians and Vegans catered for)
And plenty of time to really unwind and recharge
The day will start with a healthy light breakfast, will include a light healthy lunch and end with an indulgent afternoon tea.
You can come as an individual or with a group of up to 8 friends.
